RETURN POLICY
At GOAT Fabrication, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below:
Right of Withdrawl
- You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order (or, in the case of multiple shipments for a single order, 14 days after you receive the final item).
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel your order by sending a clear written statement. You may contact us by email at adam@goatfabrication.com
Eligibility for Returns
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at adam@goatfabrication.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Prepare Your Return: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping method and keep the tracking information for your records.

Conditions for Return
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as final sale
SHIPPING POLICY
- We begin processing orders as soon as they are received. You’ll receive an order confirmation email right away after checkout.
